I am seeking your help in putting together a detailed directory of collaborative links between universities in the South and those in the North. Your help will be very much appreciated.

I am using collaboration in the widest sense. It may have been a research project, a paper, a conference organised, an exchange of staff /students, a short visit by staff or students. However it should involve a project which had a definite output. Can you include all collaborative activity from 1994 to date. However, if there is activity prior to that and you feel it is worthy of mentioning, please feel free to include it.
