| Project Title / Description |
International Conference of Police Cooperation A meeting has been held with all the main players in the universities (including both university presidents). A proposal has been placed before the two police chiefs to seek their approval. The overall objective of the project is to facilitate the growth of crossborder police cooperation by researching and eliminating the system and comparisons and differences between the laws and regulations in policing North and South. An integral part of this project will be the production of material which can be used by both police forces (operationally and in their education and training programmes) to over come the technical obstacles to police cooperation. They will also identify the need for action at government level. |
